We're pleased to offer competitive shipping rates for Melbourne metro and for orders to most other metro and urban locations across Australia on parcels up to 10 kg.

For some regions outside those zones, freight is charged at a discounted Australia Post rate—we aim to keep delivery affordable everywhere we can.

Use a complete delivery address and a phone number you answer—couriers often need it for delivery or if something goes wrong with your consignment.

We pack carefully so stock survives the trip. Orders ship via Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

Tracking: every consignment is tracked. You'll receive tracking details when your order ships, and you can follow progress from your order confirmation and account.

P.O. boxes: carriers other than Australia Post can't deliver to some P.O. boxes. Depending on what's in your cart or where you're sending it, we may need to contact you to arrange another delivery method.

Orders & dispatch

Orders placed by 2:00 pm are usually dispatched by the next business day. During very busy periods turnaround can be slower—we'll always work through queues as quickly as we can.

Parcels are packed for protection and sent fully tracked via our preferred courier or Australia Post; tracking is emailed so you can follow your order.

Rates & exclusions

  • Heavy, bulky or fragile items (for example glass or goods needing special handling) may sit outside the everyday capped shipping rate.
  • If an ineligible item is in your cart, checkout may show a different shipping rate to cover actual freight costs.
  • $9.99 every day shipping under 10 kg does not apply to addresses in NT, regional WA, and some regional parts of Queensland and other states.

  • Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Albury — 1–3 business days
  • Victorian country — 1–4 business days
  • Brisbane, Gold Coast, Central Coast NSW, North Coast NSW, Wollongong, Tamworth, Orange — 2–4 business days
  • Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Launceston — 3–5 business days
  • Hobart, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Maryborough — 3–6 business days
  • Perth, Cairns, Mackay, Townsville — 4–9 business days

We do not deliver to areas classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or restricted areas.
