Used for maturation & flavour development particularly in spirit & also wine.
Seasoned American Chips bring an aromatic sweetness, gentle golden colour oaky notes with a soft rounded mouthfeel.
Use for spirits:Soak 100g chips per 1 to 2 litres of filtered spirit for a minimum of 10 days. Always soak in glass
For wine: start with 5g per litre and use less or more as required for your tatse.

Metro: usually a few business days. Regional: often a bit longer. You get tracking when it leaves the warehouse.
